A: For our finished blinds, we usually offer a one-year warranty.For fabrics, weoffer 5 years.

Q: What is the way of shipping?
A: For small quantities, we usually send by express, the charge depends on thedestination, weight and size of your blinds.For large quantities, we have
long-term cooperated shipping company and can provide you a reasonablefreight.

Q: How to get a sample? 
A: We supply free A4 fabric samples and customer pays for the postage. We
also have the full range of collection books including roller blind, zebra blind andsheer shades, honeycomb blind, vertical blind etc., we can offer you a discountto buy them. Usually for four to seven days.But you need pay for the freight, youcan directly place an order of the “sample” products.

Q: Can you provide OEM/ODM service?
A: For fabric,yes, we have our RD department and can do the design accordingto your sample, but if design is supplied by you, it will need a minimum quantity.We can make any OEM/ODM products according to your request.
For Blind, we have variety range of product for you to choose and also we canuse your brand for labeling.
